Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor CNC machines according to technical drawings and production instructions.
Set up machines and prepare materials for production.
Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the workspace clean and organized.
Identify production issues and report technical problems.
Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules.
Requirements
Previous experience operating CNC machines is preferred.
Basic knowledge of technical drawings and measuring tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new techniques and improve technical skills.
Relevant technical education is an advantage.
