This policy explains which personal data Voltechz collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We process personal data in line with the Kosovo Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
Voltechz, Prishtina, Kosovo is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@voltechz.com or +383 44 111 222.
2. What data we collect
Contact and offer requests: name, company, email, phone, your message and, for offer requests, the products and quantities you selected.
Job applications: name, email, phone, the position, your message and the documents you upload (for example CV, diplomas, certificates).
Technical data: your language choice (cookie) and your offer list (stored only in your browser). We count page visits anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it
To answer your inquiry and prepare offers (steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To assess job applications and contact candidates (your consent and steps prior to an employment contract).
To run the website securely and remember your language (legitimate interest).
4. Who receives your data
Only authorised Voltechz staff can read inquiries and applications. Application documents are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links.
We use trusted processors: Supabase (database and file storage, servers in Frankfurt, Germany) and Vercel (website hosting). They process data only on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiries and offer requests: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship requires longer.
Job applications: up to 12 months after the recruitment ends, so we can consider you for future positions — unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
6. Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@voltechz.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo or with the data protection authority in your EU country.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website uses one functional cookie to remember your language, and your browser's local storage to keep your offer list. Both are needed for the features you use and contain no tracking.
